Customer Reviews
Love my new humidor!
I got the desktop humidor and a sampler pack for my husband, and it was perfect! The website was so easy to use, and everything arrived super fast. The humidor looks fantastic on his desk. He was really happy with the quality of the cigars too. So glad I found Big City Cigars!
Quick delivery, fresh product
Ordered some Drew Estate Liga Privada. Received them in 3 days. Cigars were fresh and well-packed. Good quality. Will order again.
Good selection, reliable shipping
I ordered a box of Oliva Serie V Melanio robustos. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found what I wanted quickly. Shipping took 5 days to reach me in California, which was within their stated delivery window. The cigars arrived well-packaged in a Boveda bag, so they were in good condition, properly humidified. I had a quick question about tracking right after I placed the order, and customer service responded to my email within a few hours. The quality of the cigars themselves was excellent, exactly what I expected from Oliva. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
Got my cigars, no fuss
Needed some more Macanudo Cafe, so I ordered them here. Website was fine, pretty easy to find what I wanted. They showed up in about 3 days, which was quicker than I thought. Packaging was good, cigars were in good shape. No complaints, really. Just a smooth transaction.
Consistent quality, returning customer
I've ordered from Big City Cigars several times now, and they're always reliable. This last order was for a box of Montecristo White Series, and just like before, they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I appreciate that their stock is consistently fresh, and the packaging always keeps the cigars well-humidified during transit. I tried another online store once, but the quality wasn't as consistent. Big City Cigars has become my go-to because I know what to expect every time.
Decent experience, minor snag
I bought a 5-pack of Rocky Patel Decade. The price was competitive, and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping was fairly quick, arrived in 4 days. The cigars were fresh and well-protected in the packaging. My only minor issue was that one of the cigars had a slightly damaged wrapper at the foot, nothing major, still smokeable, but not pristine. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it, even offered a small credit for a future order, which I appreciated. Good value for money overall, I'd probably buy from them again.

What's their return policy like if I get a box and don't like them? Can I send them back?
How long does shipping usually take to California? Trying to get a humidor for a friend's birthday next week.
Does Big City Cigars ship to New York? Looking to order some Montecristos but heard some places have issues with shipping cigars there.
Anyone know if their 'free shipping on boxes' deal applies to cigar samplers too, or just full boxes of 20+?
